Yoga4Autism is a center of excellence for bringing the wonderful powerful magic of yoga, meditation and mindfulness to the much needed autism world.

We help people with special needs using healthy natural methods such as yoga, mindfulness, meditation, etc by addressing the causes rather than covering up the symptoms with mind numbing drugs as has been the way of the past. In doing so we can help as many people live happy fulfilling life’s to their FULL potential without limitations…

Our founder David Ellams BSc(Hons) is also on the spectrum having been diagnosed with Aspergers, Dyspraxia and Dyslexia. He discovered how yoga worked really effectively to bring all of his symptoms under control and helped turn his life around in the most amazing way. He created Yoga4Autism to help others live the life he now enjoys…

For existing service providers, we feel you could improve your services by complimenting it with our amazing world leading yoga, which has been specifically tailored for people with Autism and Special Needs…

This will help them be more relaxed and focused so they are more effective at learning.

Our yoga also has these benefits:

  • Helps them deal with stressful environments and situations better.
  • Improves their sleep.
  • Improves their hand eye co-ordination so would improve their PE, etc.
  • Increases their self esteem and confidence
  • Plus many more more benefits listed on our website.

So please come on down to sample some of our life changing yoga as well as hear a very inspiring and empowering talk from our founder on how yoga has turned his life around in the most amazing way.

Above is the flyer with more information including the programme for the day.

Please have a read and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

We look forward to seeing you there!
